Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Managers and Partners on all facets of tax engagements.
Conduct research on transaction-related risks and communicate findings to team members and clients.
Mentor and provide training support for Associates and Interns.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Contribute to timely and high-quality completion of client deliverables.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
CPA certification (or active pursuit of CPA) preferred.
Additional professional certifications are a plus.
Experience, Skills & Abilities
Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing and reviewing tax returns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Client-focused with a team-oriented and growth-driven mindset.
